INT. LAURA'S BEDROOM - EARLY MORNING
We see a crack of dark through the almost closed door on the reflection of the oval mirror next to Laura's bed.
Her back is turned to the door and she faces the mirror. With a chill she turns her head slowly, focusing her gaze down on the bedspread she is sitting on, reticent to look directly at the door.
She knows what is out there and resigned with what is coming she doesn't need to see it.
She feels her wrists tighten as she clenches the thick fabric of the bedspread in her fists.
