EXCHANGE / RETURN

We are sorry you don't love your piece. You can exchange or return it by contacting us until 14 days after receiving it.

Please send us your item back in its original package and condition. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges both ways.

All bespoke pieces cannot be returned. This includes sized rings and commission pieces.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged.

REPLACEMENTS

If you lost an earring and would like to replace it send us a photo of the remaining earring of the pair. We will do our best to send you a replacement.
