IN STOCK orders will be shipped the next day. All other pieces will be ‘made to order’ and are ready in 2-3 weeks.

We will notify you with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. All packages are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times are approximate and stipulated by the posting service.

Please be aware that you may need to pay custom charges/taxes when you receive your order. LAGE cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
At the moment, as our studio is based in the UK, there have been some significant changes for customers ordering from countries in the EU (as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland). VAT (Value Added Tax) can vary between 19% and 25% depending on the country you are ordering from and additional administrative import duties may also be charged in addition to VAT.
We have tried to support your orders by covering this cost but unfortunately it became too unfeasible to do so, we are very sorry for this and truly appreciate your support. We are very saddened by these and the many other changes that have been implemented by Brexit. There are good news in the horizon! We are setting up our Lisbon based studio which will mean we will be able to ship from the EU. Stay tuned!

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

All pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to prepare your piece and send it in the post.

We might have the piece you want in stock so please get in touch if you need it asap to check that it can be sent the next day. In case you are in a hurry and need your piece earlier please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order.

If you are outside of the UK it may take a while for customs to process your package. In the event of your package being held up in customs please contact them directly.
